Using eBookPLUS or learnON as a second-hand user

Last Updated: Aug 28, 2018 09:57AM AEST

If you are the second or third user of an eBookPLUS or learnON registration code, you will be given access to the LITE version of your title.

To find out if your registration code has been used previously, simply enter your registration code into
our JacPLUS registration code page.

Note: If your book also contains a studyON registration code, please use the following article for further information:
How do I renew my studyON registration code?

A LITE version of an eBook or learnON title can be identified by the LITE version label which will display at the top of the content panel.

The LITE version of your eBookPLUS provides you with the digital version of the text online, but without access to any of the downloadable online digital resources. If you select any digital resource links from within the right-hand content frame, you will receive an 'access denied' error.

From October 2016 students redeeming activation codes for Maths and Science for the Victorian Australian Curriculum from second-hand print books can purchase a new subscription to learnON (Jacaranda’s new learning platform) to access all course content. This includes integrated media such as videos and interactives, auto-marked questions, results displayed on a dashboard and the offline PDF backup.

The LITE version of your learnON title provides you with a digital version of the text online without access to downloadable digital resources, videos, interactivities and interactive questions. To learn more about what's available to your learnON title after it is upgraded, please see some of the available features here.

Upgrading your LITE version

You can upgrade your LITE version at any time through your JacPLUS bookshelf. To upgrade your lite version, select the UPGRADE button to purchase a full access eBookPLUS - you will be taken to a shopping cart to commence your order.
