  10. Inviting students or teachers to your class is easy. it is possible for an e-Learning facilitator or HOD to have full visibility over whether teachers and students are connected by managing classes for all subjects. There are two different methods to invite students and teachers to your class:

Method A) A unique 6-character code is shown at the top-right of this screen. Display the code on the board in your classroom. Students can join your class by logging into their JacPLUS bookshelf, selecting Join learnON Class and entering this unique class code.

Method B) Select Copy Link at the top-right to generate a hyper link that you can share with your students via email. Your students can join your class by clicking on the hyper link in your email, and logging into JacPLUS.

Important note: Students must have a JacPLUS account with access to the correct title to join your class. If they do not, they will receive an Access denied error message. Students that use the link or code with the correct account and title will be sent through to the selected title and class.

Students successfully sent through to their class will show in the screen above the next time you access this unique class management screen.

Note: When you access the selected title for this new class, you may need to use the class drop-down to change to the correct class.
