Purchasing online using Jacaranda’s Payment Portal

The Jacaranda Payment Portal is available for selected schools that have requested us to receive payments on their behalf. Your school will advise you when the portal is open and provide a website link to visit to make your purchase. If you don't think you have received this information, please contact your school directly.

If you're experiencing difficulty ordering products online, or wish to make an enquiry about order you've already placed, please contact the Wiley Australia Customer Service Department.

During daylight savings months, our Customer Service Department is open 7:30 am–4:30 pm Brisbane time (GMT + 10 hours).
For the remainder of the year, our Customer Service Department is open 8:00 am–5:00 pm Brisbane time.

To help us process your enquiries quickly, please have your invoice number (if you've already ordered), the full name of your student, the school-provided ID number and the school name handy.
