What happened to my eBookPLUS resources?

There are a couple of reasons why you may not be able to view your resources in your eBookPLUS.
  • You may have purchased a second-hand product where the code found on the inside front cover of your book has been used before you.
  • You may have accidentally created multiple accounts in JacPLUS and registered the code multiple times.
  • You may have accidentally swapped your book with a friend or colleague.

If the first scenario has happened to you, you are able to upgrade your eBook and regain full access. For more information, please read this article: Using eBookPLUS as a second-hand user.

If the last two scenarios have happened to you, please contact Jacaranda Customer Support so that we can advise you on how to remedy this situation. You will be asked for proof of purchase. 1800 JACPLUS (522 7587) or via the Contact web support form.
