You can contact us at any time by accessing Jacaranda Support from either the JacPLUS Home page, your JacPLUS bookshelf, or from within your Jacaranda digital title (eg; eBookPLUS).
 

To access Jacaranda Support:

 

  1. Select Help located on the black task bar.

  2. When the Jacaranda Support page opens, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Email Us.



​When the Contact web support form opens, fill in the following information:

  1. Your contact details (name, email address & phone number)

  2. The product you are having issues with (eg: eBookPLUS)

  3. Issue type (technical, product support or sales/marketing)

  4. Specific problem/s within the issue type

  5. Any other issues that aren't available in the selection menus

  6. ISBN/ book title and registration code

  7. Subject (title for the problem)

  8. Description of the problem

  9. When you have finished filling in the form, select Submit.


Your feedback, comments, queries and concerns will now be sent to the friendly Jacaranda Support team.
