Scheduled and Unexpected Outage Notifications

Jacaranda is committed to providing our users with fast and reliable access to our online sites and applications via JacPLUS. To continue offering our users with an optimum experience, we are constantly improving our sites and applications which often require us to schedule site outages. Being informed and prepared can help minimise the impact of a JacPLUS outage and therefore we will always communicate our planned outages to our users at least 24 hours in advance.

Sometimes, however, unexpected outages will also occur. Minimising the impact of an unexpected outage on users is our top priority. When an unexpected outage occurs we will immediately respond to an outage by identifying the problem, informing our users, and working to restore our sites and applications as quickly as possible.
